Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $5.99
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $35 or more
- International Standard (Brazil) (orders under $25.00): $4.99, 10–30 business days
- Free Shipping (Brazil) on orders of $25.00 or more: FREE, 10–30 business days
Any import duties or taxes for orders shipped to Brazil are the buyer's responsibility.
Colombia Shipping Rates The following rates apply to orders shipped to Colombia only:
- Standard Shipping (orders under $25.00): $4.99, 10–30 business days
- Free Shipping on orders of $25.00 or more: FREE, 10–30 business days
- Sunny Essentials: all Sunny Essentials products ship FREE to Colombia, no minimum order.
Any import duties or taxes for orders shipped to Colombia are the buyer's responsibility.
Estimated Delivery Times Most products are sourced and fulfilled from our supplier partners. Delivery times vary by product:
- Standard (5–25 Business Days): The majority of our products ship from our fulfillment partners and may take up to 25 business days to arrive. US-stocked items typically arrive within 5–10 business days.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking to update.
Split Shipments Orders containing multiple products may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. You may receive more than one tracking number.
Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States, Brazil, and Colombia.
